From order to mounting
After you have chosen a tombstone and made all your add-ons on this website, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us that we have received your order. We call this a GDR, a gravestone design request. We then compile your request and create a drawing of the stone that you have chosen and send it to you to get the gravestone holder’s signature.
We then send the written document to the cemetery administration to apply for approval to set up your tombstone. Production is started as soon as we receives the approval from the cemetery administration. It usually takes about a week but it can sometimes take up to a month before we get a response.
When the tombstone is mounted on the grave site, we send you an e-mail to inform you that your tombstone is in place.
